2條黃油
半杯Wholesome Sweeteners的有機糖
1杯半普通未漂白麵粉
少許海鹽
半杯糖霜櫻桃,洗淨及切碎
半杯杏仁片,切碎
半杯蜜餞果皮,切碎
方法:
預熱烤箱至325華氏度。將黃油和糖攪成糊狀直到剛剛混合,然後拌入麵粉和鹽,接著是一半的櫻桃、杏仁和蜜餞果皮。輕輕地揉麵團,然後冷藏15分鐘。
擀成約1/4英寸厚的長方形,並切成約1英寸寬的條形。將條形放在抹了油的烤盤上,用剩下的櫻桃、杏仁和蜜餞果皮來裝飾。
用叉子輕輕地在條形的各個部位扎孔,然後烤約20分鐘,直到變成淺金色,但不可變成棕色。小心地將餅乾放在絲網架上待涼。
